About CPPCA
Canadian Pakistani Pakhtoon Community Association (CPPCA) is a non-profit community-based organization helping Pakhtoon Community in Canada since 2005. Our mission is to provide all Pakistani Origin Canadian Pakhtoon a unified platform for their social and cultural activities, Promotion and protection of our culture, cultural customs & values, and transfer of our Pakhtoon culture to our next generation and to the generations after.

Our members are dedicated volunteers, committed to provide settlement services and networking opportunities to the new Pakhtoon immigrants and citizens.

We encourage the newcomers to join our association, attend our events and workshops for networking, information, and assistance in settlement & job search opportunities in Canadian job market. We have numerous Employers and experienced professionals among our community who are willing to assist the willing job seekers from the community. Therefore, we encourage all the Pakhtoon community members to join our association & our appropriate what’s up group to support our mission and for receiving support.
CPPCA was first initiated in the city of Mississauga in 2005, where the majority of new Pakhtoon immigrants were living at that time and soon after expanded to all the GTA area. Cambridge Ontario, being the largest populist city of Pakhtoon community, was the second home to CPPCA. Currently CPPCA represent the Pakistani Pakhtoons from most of the Ontario province and we have a dream to expand this bond to Pakhtoon communities in the other provinces of Canada soon.

The CPPCA Board of Directors run the affairs of the association which is elected by the members of the Association every 2nd year in the General election. The current Board of Director consist of 15 Directors was elected in March 2023 for 2 years.

The current BOD has the following goals for their two years term:
To promote the unity and harmony among the community.
To build the proper procedure and structure of the organization and revise the current constitution and bylaws to implement and safeguard these procedures.
To encourage and hold the family-oriented events where its feasible.
To address the core issue of the community like assistance in matrimonial arrangement services, to engage and support the community youth in their social, cultural, and professional activities, and to engage and support the community women in their social, cultural and professional activities.
To establish and boost a reserve fund for the Pakhtoon Community Center.
To hunt for the public funding in order to start pakhtoon immigrants’ settlement services.
Our Mission

We encourage new comers to attend workshops and coop programs to gain knowledge of job search techniques for Canadian job market.
Established in the heart of Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Mississauga, we have aided Pakhtoon Community in the last so many years.
Our members organize social and cultural events and volunteer their services all the time in case of urgent situations and emergencies
Objectives of Community Association
CPPA is committed to providing assistance for new immigrants and citizens of Canada. They provide cultural events, Eid events, workshops on job search techniques, networking opportunities through their membership network in order that they may better integrate into Canadian society.
Founded by members who had first hand experience with settling down after arriving there as well our goal has always been twofold – firstly we want you guys succeed so whatever support services are available please feel free contact us because every little helps; secondly if anybody wants more info about how things work around here just ask!
